Former Roma coach Luciano Spalletti admits he was disappointed with the way he was treated before this week's resignation.
"It would've been easier to resign in June and maybe then I would have found a new club to lead in Italy," said the Coach.
"I was disappointed and very bitter about the whole situation. Roma are a great club, they need calm at this moment in time and we can talk on another occasion about whether I was on or off the boat.
"I will say that I gave all of myself to this side."
