Luciano Spalletti is staying with Roma.

Rome sources say Spalletti has agreed to see out his current contract through to 2011 after a two-hour summit yesterday with president Rosella Sensi.

Sporting director Daniele Pradè and Bruno Conti were also present at the meeting and showed their respect and admiration towards the former Empoli boss.

Although the club are yet to confirm this news it is expected to be made official in the next few days.
