Andy Robinson will join Bolton Wanderers when his contract with Southampton runs out next month.
The 21-year old midfielder's Saints deal expires at the end of June and he will sign a one-year deal with the Trotters when that occurs.
Robinson, who had a short loan spell with Bolton late last season, was thrilled to be starting anew at the Reebok Stadium.
"I'm really excited to get going," he told bwfc.co.uk.
"Obviously it's going to be different after being at Southampton for so long, but I can't wait for a different challenge."
