Kees Jansma is eager to see Feyenoord midfielder Jens Toornstra move to Southampton.
Dutch pundit Jansma discovered Toornstra in non-league football and helped him develop a professional career.
Just 25 and now capped by Holland, Toornstra has long been linked with Swansea City.
But Jansma says: "Toornstra is so good in terms of attitude and tactical understanding that even a blind man could have discovered him.
"The best in the world is just too much for Toornstra, but Feyenoord's not his ceiling. A transfer to Southampton would be something I'd like to see happen."
