Tottenham manager Mauricio Pochettino is set to reunite with his former head scout.
Reports suggest that Southampton's head of recruitment Paul Mitchell will take a similar role at White Hart Lane under the wishes of Pochettino.
Tottenham chairman Daniel Levy is believed to have sanctioned the move for the former MK Dons and Wigan Athletic midfielder who initially joined the Saints in January 2012.
Mitchell and Pochettino worked well together on the south coast for a year-and-a-half and it appears as though the pair will soon be back together in north London.
