Southampton are reportedly showing considerable interest in Newcastle United duo Daryl Janmaat and Tim Krul.
The Daily Mirror reports that Saints boss Ronald Koeman is a big admirer of the Dutch pair and could make a double swoop for them this summer.
Defender Janmaat is seen as the perfect replacement for Nathaniel Clyne who is being linked with Manchester United while goalkeeper Krul would be used during Fraser Forster's long absence because of a knee injury.
Janmaat and Koeman have worked together at Feyenoord in the past and Krul was linked with a potential St James' Park exit last sumer but was convinced to stay on in the north east.
