New Southampton boss Mauricio Pochettino needed an interpreter to take his first training session.
The Daily Mail says Pochettino, who replaced sacked Nigel Adkins on Friday, met the majority of his players during his first training session on Saturday.
Despite needing a Spanish interpreter, the former Argentina defender is said to have taken a hands-on role during the training session.
He had to rely heavily on assistants Toni Jimenez Sistachs and Toni Borrell, who have better English, to get his message across.
Southampton players are said to have been impressed by Saturday's session, but have privately expressed worries over Pochettino's appointment, particularly regarding the language barrier.
