Southampton boss Mauricio Pochettino says the club is enjoying a good reputation in the transfer market.

Saints have been linked with some big names this summer.

The manager told saintsfc.co.uk: "There are rumours of different players possibly joining Southampton and a lot of agents as well that have linked us with future players. That just shows that Southampton is a very professional club, a serious club and an ambitious one which is clear from what has been happening in the summer.

"I also want to say that a lot of players want to come to Southampton because Southampton is quite a respected club with a clear path of where it wants to go in the future. That shows that Southampton is a serious club and again shows that we're the ones setting the schedule of when players are going to come here."
