Southampton boss Ronald Koeman admits he loves working in the star-studded Premier League.

Koeman, despite a recent stutter, has made Saints one of the big success stories of the season.

"Every day on the training field, every weekend a great match. This is a great step, certainly for me," Koeman tells Voetbal International.

"I now work against the teams of Mourinho, Wenger and Pellegrini. I know them, I have a history with them. All the best trainers are here or in Spain.

"I came up against Wenger as coach of Ajax, I worked with Mourinho at Barcelona."

Koeman added: " If Arsene Wenger says that Southampton has remained calm, has been working on a way of playing and admires the football we play that's very nice to hear from a colleague."
