Southampton boss Ronald Koeman is demanding more goals from Dusan Tadic.
Only Chelsea midfielder Cesc Fabregas has created more chances than the Serbian winger, but Tadic has only one goal to his name.
Boss Koeman said: "I liked Tadic when I was in Holland because he used to score goals and grab assists. He is the perfect footballer; the type that brings big crowds to the stadium.
"But sometimes I feel he needs to be a little more egotistical and selfish in front of goal and not just look for the assist.
"He is fantastic but I know he can score more goals. I don't ask players for something they do not have.
"I know the quality is there for him to start scoring more goals and I am sure we will all see it soon.
"He is clearly on a very high level but I know he still has more than 20 per cent to give us than he is giving us now."
