Southampton boss Hasenhuttl confirms Redmond prognosis

Southampton manager Ralph Hasenhuttl delivered an update on the fitness of Nathan Redmond.

The winger suffered an injury against Fulham and will be absent for the coming games.

But given the international break, it is possible he will only miss a couple of key Saints clashes.

Hasenhuttl said of the star's fitness in his press conference: "In the moment it looks like he will be out for two-to-three weeks.

"He could be out longer, and he has to wear a protective boot for the next ten days, but it could be quicker. It could also have been worse.

"We are not happy about having injuries after the last game.

"Moussa is also injured, he has a problem with his muscle and is out for the weekend.

"Michael Obafemi cramped a little bit and maybe the game at the weekend is too much for him after the game on Tuesday."
