The Premier League is likely to be the next destination for Clermont Foot striker Florian Aye.

Foot Mercato says Southampton, West Ham and Leicester City are all chasing Aye, along with Leeds United.

The France U20 international came through the academy at Auxerre and is now proving his old club wrong with a superb run of form at Clermont.

Southampton are regarded as favourites for Aye's signature, having taken compatriots Mario Lemina, Jérémy Pied and Yan Valéry in recent years.

Aye, 22, has scored 17 goals in 35 games for Clermont this season.
