"Negotiations are ongoing," Cho told Sports Khan newspaper, "I am not able to reveal the name of the club but we are meeting with a Premier League club."
"If things happen quickly then it will be concluded within two weeks."
According to the newspaper West Ham or Fulham, is Cho's preferred destination.
While reports of Anderlecht interest were denied, Cho admitted that the Eredivisie is a possibility.
"The Premier League is my number one target. If I fail then there is a good chance that I will go the Netherlands."
