Newcastle United hero Nobby Solano was shocked by the body language of the players during defeat at Sunderland.
Solano wrote in the Evening Chronicle: "The most alarming aspect of Newcastle United's derby defeat at the Stadium of Light was the lack of anger on the faces of the players wearing a Toon shirt.
"When I played in the game you would not get away with just a shrug of the shoulders if you lost.
"If you did you would have Alan Shearer or Shay Given or Rob Lee on your case very quickly.
"Nowadays it is just so quiet.
"Nobody is getting angry with anyone any more.
"If you react like that you won't win derbies."
