Tottenham chairman Daniel Levy made his way to the pitch after their stunning Champions League semifinal win at Ajax.

Spurs manager Mauricio Pochettino burst into tears after the final whistle and was overcome with emotion following Lucas Moura's hat-trick.

And chairman Levy raced onto the pitch to join Pochettino in celebrations.

Pochettino later said, "Thank you. Thank you football. Thank you to our fans.

“Thank you to the people who believed and helped us achieve this amazing moment. It's difficult to describe."
