Leicester City star Islam Slimani has admitted his delight at getting out of the Premier League club before the transfer deadline.
Slimani secured a loan move to Monaco, which should see him stay in France for the entire season.
The Algerian attacker struggled on loan at Fenerbahce last season, scoring only one goal.
But he hopes to have better fortunes in Ligue 1.
"I am very happy to be involved with AS Monaco, a big club that aims to fight for the first places in the championship and to qualify for European competitions," he told Monaco's official website.
"I will give everything to help the Club achieve its goals."
