Sky Sports are swooping for Liverpool veteran Jamie Carragher.

The Sunday Mirror says the defender, 35, who will quit playing at the end of the season, has been offered a big money deal to join Sky.

It would see the former England star paired with ex-Manchester United rival Gary Neville, who has been a big hit during his 18 months in front of the camera.

Sources close to Jamie said all the major channels have been offering work, with new big hitters BT Sport making a "serious approach".
