Sinclair reveals Aston Villa players ANGRY after Stoke defeat

Aston Villa loanee Scott Sinclair has revealed that the playing group were up in arms after losing to Stoke City on Saturday.

The Villans fell to 19th on the Premier League table when conceding an injury-time penalty at Villa Park which saw captain Ron Vlaar sent off and Victor Moses slot home from the spot.

The loss was another crushing blow to Villa's hopes of remaining in the Premier League this season but Sinclair insisted that that playing group still had plenty of passion to get their campaign back on track.

"They came in shouting and there was all the stuff you think of when players are angry after conceding in the last minute," said Sinclair who scored Villa's 20th minute opener.

The defeat was Villa's sixth in a row in the league and extended their winless run to 11 matches.
