John Terry says bringing some brand new silverware to Stamford Bridge will be the only guide to how successful a season it is for Chelsea.
Jose Mourinho's Blues currently sit five points clear on top of the Premier League table, are in the Round of 16 in the Champions League and the fourth round of the FA Cup as they embark on the semi-final first leg of the Capital One Cup against Liverpool on Tuesday.
With Chelsea still alive and kicking in all four competitions, the scene has been set for an extremely fruitful campaign for the west Londoners but Terry insists they cannot get ahead of themselves.
"We've got top, top players but, as I've said before, until we go and win things, it's not there yet," said the Blues captain.
"That will be the test. We've shown during the first half of the season that we're capable of pushing the top sides and that's what we aim to do.
"There is a motivation in the dressing room to win the league and push on in the Capital One Cup, Champions League and FA Cup.
"At this stage, to still be involved in all competitions is where you want to be, and it's down to big players to step up."
