Siena have announced Bari sports director Giorgio Perinetti will be joining them next week.

Perinetti is regarded among the best football chief's in Italy.

"Next week we should finally formally announce the contract of a director of the highest level who represents a fundamental point of departure for my project," said Siena President Massimo Mezzaroma.

"We must build the conditions for a speedy return to the top flight. So we are starting from Perinetti."
