Steve Sidwell is delighted for Stoke City teammate Bojan Krkic over his goalscoring performance at Tottenham on Sunday.
Sidwell admits Stoke's summer swoop for Bojan from Barcelona even surprised the Potters' players.
"When he came in first of all in pre-season we couldn't believe that the club had snapped him up," Sidwell told TalkSport.
"The quality he was showing he was on fire in pre-season, scoring goals.
"He started the season the same as me really, had a couple of appearances, we didn't have the best results and he had to come out of the team and others came in and did well.
"He's been the same as me, frustrated, perhaps especially considering where he's played and what he's already achieved.
"But talent wise he's absolutely phenomenal and in the last two games he's shown that. He probably won us that game on Sunday with his quality."
