Former Sunderland star Liam Lawrence admits almost coming to blows with Manchester United legend Roy Keane.
So taking on Chelsea in the Capital One Cup on Tuesday will not be as frightening as that face-to-face for the Shrewsbury Town star.
Lawrence, 32, will not duck away from anything Jose Mourinho's men can throw at him - and is still smiling about squaring up to Keane at Sunderland.
And the Manchester United legend just had to include it in his controversial book.
Lawrence - aka Lawro - said: "Yes, I saw I got mentioned in Roy Keane's book. It was his first row and the first proper one I had as well.
"It got heated. We nearly squared up and had our moment. But then I moved on to Stoke. That was the final word."
