Tottenham boss Tim Sherwood has shrugged off the latest round of job speculation this past week.
Holland coach Louis van Gaal was again touting himself for the Spurs job last week.
"I understand I am under pressure. I have to be honest," smiled Sherwood.
"But it's not all about experience. I have seen a lot of bad experienced managers out there.
"There will always be speculation. Until you get a foreign manager of this club no-one is happy. That is not the view of the club - that is the perception from outside."
