Aston Villa manager Tim Sherwood wants Chris Ramsey to join him at Villa Park next season.
Ramsey had been appointed as QPR manager until the end of the current campaign following the abrupt departure of Harry Redknapp.
While QPR's performances have improved, their results have remained negative and it looks very likely that he will depart Loftus Road if the London club go on to suffer what looks like an inevitable relegation.
Ramsey has most certainly not managed to enhance his reputation as a manager during his time at QPR and will not have difficulty in finding a new job as it is being reported that Villa manager Sherwood wants to reunite with him in the West Midlands.
Sherwood worked with Ramsey closely at Tottenham and the 46-year old wants to recruit the current QPR boss who is still considered one of the best coaches in the country.
