Aston Villa manager Tim Sherwood is hoping to protect his beating heart by guiding the club to survival as soon as he can.
Villa are three points above the relegation zone in the wake of Saturday's 4-0 triumph at Sunderland and now the boss of the West Midlands outfit is eager to secure as many points as they can in order to ward off any late-season wobbles.
"We're confident we can stay up. We just want to do it as soon as possible," the Villa Park boss told the club's official website.
"We don't want to be in those nail biters, especially for the last game of the season when we play (third-bottom) Burnley at home.
"We could do with being safe by then to be honest as it isn't great for my heart rate."
