Jonjo Shelvey has been recalled by Liverpool from his loan spell at ChampionshipBlackpool but claims the Seasiders can bounce back into the top flight at the first attempt. The Liverpool midfielder, who scored six times during a 10-game loan spell at Bloomfield Road, told Blackpool's official website: "The team can go up again, it's just about getting the level of consistency and doing it week in, week out.
"The lads are more than capable of doing that."
The 19-year-old is grateful for his time with Ian Holloway's squad and has not ruled out a return to help the Seasiders' promotion push.
He added: "I've got a lot to thank the fans and the club for because I've had the opportunity to play.
"Overall I think I've done well at Blackpool and I hope I've given the fans something to remember.
"If I'm allowed out on loan by Liverpool again in a short period of time then I'd love to come back.
