Jonjo Shelvey insists Fabio Borini will prove himself to Liverpool fans next season.

The Reds midfielder says Borini just needs to get himself clear of injury.

"He's a good player," said Shelvey. "When you see him in the finishing drills after training you see his real quality and how good he is in front of goal."
