Sheffield Wednesday are keen on signing Cardiff City striker Kenwyne Jones, according to reports from The Sun.

Trinidad & Tobago international Jones has been subject of interest from a host of clubs this summer and it is believed that Wednesday are currently in talks with Cardiff over a potential move for the striker on a season-long loan.

Jones was a huge hit at Wednesday during his previous stint at the club during the 2004/05 season and the striker's mooted return will surely be welcomed by the Owls faithful.
