Sheffield United boss Chris Wilder is prepared to allow Billy Sharp to leave in January.
Sharp has made just one Premier League start this season after slipping down the strikers' pecking order and Wilder claims he has received approaches for his captain.
He says the forward, who is under contract at Bramall Lane until 2021, remains part of his plans, but says he will let him decide his future when the January transfer window opens.
“There have been enquiries from teams, as always when you see someone of his quality not playing regular football, and the same goes for others as well," said Wilder.
“I've always been open with Billy and said that as long as I'm here, it's his decision if he wants to look elsewhere for regular first-team football."
