Sheffield United to take a look at New Zealand keeper Moss

Sheffield United will be taking a close look at the current New Zealand keeper Glen Moss next week as they look to bolster their keeper stocks after a wretched season in the Championship. The Blades had hoped to be fighting for promotion back into the Premiership but instead have a fight on their hands to avoid relegation. Under new Manager Micky Adams the club is desperate to bring in new players.

Moss has had an outstanding season in the A-League with Gold Coast United as well as having been to the South Africa World Cup with the All Whites.

His club finished their season last week having fallen over at the last hurdle to make the final which instead will take place this Sunday between the all conquering Brisbane Roar and Central Coast Mariners.

Moss played alongside former Manchester United defender John Curtis and former Ajax Amsterdam midfielder Jason Culina.
