Newcastle United legend Alan Shearer says they won't beat West Ham United this weekend.

Shearer delivered his pessimistic verdict after watching United lose to QPR at Loftus Road in a classic game of two halves.

"I can't see them winning the last game - how can you?" Shearer said.

"With their form, you can't see them winning anything. They probably will have to rely on Hull not beating Manchester United."
