Stoke City skipper Ryan Shawcross has praised his club for the season they have had despite the continuous setbacks due to injuries.
The Potters are set to finish in the top-half of the table and can further increase their current point tally of 47 in their last three games which suggests to Shawcross that they have performed admirably against the odds.
The 27-year old, who missed part of the season himself, said: "People are quick to forget how well we've done - and when you consider how many injuries we've had it makes it even better.
"We've reached 47 points, and hopefully with a strong finish to the season we can do even better. It will be difficult, but there are still points available and we're going after them."
