Shanghai Shenhua confident of winning Drogba case against Galatasaray

Chinese club Shanghai Shenhua will take their case regarding Didier Drogba's move to Galatasaray to FIFA this week.

Shenhua lost Drogba to the Turkish club late last month in hostile circumstances with officials believing that the Ivory Coast striker was contracted to them which forced them to attempt to stymy the shift at the last minute.

The Chinese Super League outfit will provide evidence that the former Chelsea ace did indeed breach his contract and that Istanbul-based Gala' had played against the rules in their luring of the striker.

"We now have evidence which we believe will give Shenhua a 99 per cent chance of winning a lawsuit at FIFA," a lawyer acting for the club told the Sina web portal.
