Sevilla goalkeeper Andres Palop rates Real Madrid boss Juande Ramos as the club's greatest coach.
Palop admits Ramos' departure for Tottenham disappointed the players at the time and the coach is in for a red hot reception from Sevilla fans tonight.
"The relationship with him was good, but he hurt us (leaving)," said Palop. "We were in a complicated situation.
"When he left, the defeats came and we wanted to do something interesting in the Champions League.
"Sevilla do struggle to compete for trophies, I think he knew that, but we all hoped that he would change this.
"We have a lot to be thankful to him for. He's the best coach in the history of Sevilla, but he was the one who said he needed to leave."
