Serie A clubs are scrambling for Southampton winger Gaston Ramirez.
The Uruguay international is ready to quit St Mary's in January after falling out with manager Mauricio Pochettino.
TMW says Fiorentina and Napoli are already in talks with Saints chairman Nicola Cortese about a Ramirez deal, while Juventus and AC Milan are also expected to soon make contact.
Cortese will insist on €20 million for the former Bologna star.
