Manchester United shot stopper Sergio Romero is hoping to terminate his contract.
The 33-year-old is now fourth choice keeper at the Red Devils after falling out with manager Ole Gunnar Solskjaer.
Romero was furious at being denied a transfer to Everton late in the transfer window.
The Daily Star reports he wants to terminate his contract so he can find a new club as soon as possible.
Romero is not in United's squad for this Premier League season, which was a shock to the Argentine.
He lost his status as the club's no.2 keeper when Dean Henderson returned from a two-year loan spell at Sheffield United.
