Aston Villa defender Philippe Senderos says teammate Fabian Delph deserves his England call.
Delph is with Roy Hodgson's squad ahead of Monday's Euro 2016 tie in Switzerland having made a 69th-minute debut substitute appearance for Jack Wilshire at Wembley against Norway.
"He's been brilliant, not only this season but over the last few seasons," said 29-year-old Senderos.
"Now he really deserves his place in the squad. He will bring his energy, his power, his will to move forward all the time. He is a very positive player to have around."
