A seething Jose Mourinho has scrapped today's Chelsea media conference ahead of their clash with Manchester City. Mourinho is furious over Diego Costa's charge by the FA for violent conduct following his alleged stamp on Liverpool's Emre Can on Tuesday.
His case is being heard today.
The Spain international faces a three-match ban, the first of which would keep him out of tomorrow's title showdown with Manchester City.
Mourinho is also angry at Sky and, in particular, pundit Jamie Redknapp, who he feels has a personal vendetta against his players.
His media snub - which included right holders like Sky who pay vast fees to cover the Premier League - looks likely to be punished.
"It is a breach of the rules and will go to the board to see if and how much to fine," said a Premier League spokesman to the Daily Star.
