Seattle Sounders have defeated DC United 1-0 at RFK Stadium tonight.
The Sounders managed an 89th minute winner through Roger Levesque to record their fifth win of the season and out a five-point gap between them and the Western Conference's bottom-placed team Chivas USA.
DC slumped to their 10th defeat of the season and maintain the worst goal difference in the entire MLS of minus 15.
Fredy Montero's last-ditch cross found Levesque who headed home for the win to give the Sounders a blemish-free record in three matches at DC's RKF Stadium.
