Seattle Sounders place Terry Boss on disabled list

Seattle Sounders FC announced today that goalkeeper Terry Boss has been placed on the disabled list due to a concussion.

As a result, Boss, 30, will miss the remainder of the season. He has made four starts in all competitions with four wins, the most recent being a 1-0 shutout victory at Monterrey on August 23 in a CONCACAF Champions League group stage match. This is Boss' third MLS season with Sounders FC.

Boss sustained a concussion while playing for the Puerto Rico National Team in a 2012 World Cup qualifier versus St. Kitts and Nevis on September 2.
