Clint Dempsey is of the belief that Toronto FC are in good hands under the tutelage of head coach Ryan Nelsen.
Despite sitting third bottom on the overall MLS table, TFC have a very bright future according to former Fulham and Tottenham star Dempsey who made his Sounders debut in the weekend's 2-1 win over the Canadian club.
He feels that the former Blackburn Rovers, Spurs and QPR centre-back and New Zealand skipper is the right man to lead the club forward.
"Toronto's in good shape," said Dempsey when asked if the club can attract a big-name player to BMO Field.
"They've got Ryan Nelsen, who was a great player, he did really well in Europe and I think the players can learn a lot underneath him and that's a good selling point.
"But there's a lot of things that go into a move and everything has to kind of fit into place and they do have a lot of good selling points here."
