Scunthorpe United are in talks with Chelsea about a second loan signing.

Jack Cork has been a big success this season and Scunthorpe boss Nigel Adkins said: "We have asked the question and we will just wait and see.

"It's a player who has got Championship experience and it's a player who has scored goals in the Championship."

Adkins wouldn't reveal his target, but 20-year-old winger Jimmy Smith, who had a successful spell on loan at QPR last season, has been mentioned.
