Scottish offer tabled to ex-Real Madrid attacker Hazard

Chelsea legend Eden Hazard is said to have received an offer to play in Scotland.

The winger is set to retire from football in the coming weeks, unless he finds a club.

Hazard left Real Madrid when his contract expired, having been plagued by injuries for the entirety of his stay in the Spanish capital.

Per AS in Spain, the Belgian was given a proposal that would have seen him join the Scottish Premiership.

The identity of the club is not clear, but the report suggests Rangers or Celtic may have been one of the teams.

There have also been proposals from the United States, England, Spain, France and Saudi Arabia.

Hazard, however, may not even want to return to the sport after a troubled few years.
