The Express reports that Scottish champions Celtic are interested in Elche striker Jonathas.
The Brazilian has scored 12 goals while on loan at the La Liga club from Italian Serie B side Pescara this season and Hoops boss Ronny Delia is reportedly keen on the £2.5million-rated player.
Deila is believed to be on the lookout for a new striker to replace the departing John Guidetti who is a target for Feyenoord and Sporting Cup.
26-year old Jonathas is currently owned by Pescara and in the past has played for the likes of Sevilla, AZ Alkmaar, Torino, Brescia and Latina.
