Scotland assistant coach Mark McGhee is unsure of their chances of capping Cardiff City captain Steven Caulker.

Caulker is on Scotland's radar, despite playing and scoring for England in a friendly.

McGhee said: "He's someone who does [meet the criteria] as I understand it.

"We know who the boy is, we knew him before when he was at Tottenham. I don't know any more than that."
