Sascha Riether is set to stay with Fulham.
The fullback had been linked with a move to Schalke immediately after Fulham had made his loan stay from Cologne permanent.
But the Daily Star says Riether is staying with Fulham after Schalke ended their summer pursuit of the 30-year-old defender.
