Schalke coach David Wagner is delighted with the impact of Jonjoe Kenny.

The fullback is on a season-long loan from Everton.

Wagner told Sky Sports: "I think you have to pick the right club, at the right moment and with the right manager maybe as well, where you will get your opportunities.

"I can only speak about Jonjoe, and he has done great. He is, for sure, one of the most interesting right backs in the Bundesliga at the minute.

"Hopefully he can develop what he's done so far."
