Saudi Arabia football chiefs in contact with three of Ronaldo's former Real Madrid teammates

Saudi Arabia football chiefs are in contact with three of Cristiano Ronaldo's former Real Madrid teammates.

After the success of the World Cup in Qatar and Ronaldo's arrival at Al Nassr, Saudi Arabia want to continue the momentum by bringing three of the game's greats to the Pro League.

El Mundo says Real pair Luka Modric and Karim Benzema, along with PSG defender Sergio Ramos, have all been contacted by Saudi officials.

A contract each worth €30m-a-year has been offered to all three players, with assurances they can choose the clubs they wish to join.

Further, the trio have been informed by Saudi government officials that their salaries will NOT be taxed should they accept.
