Sassuolo president Giorgio Squinzi insists coach Eusebio Di Francesco could still stay.
Di Francesco is being linked with a return to AS Roma, along with AC Milan.
But Squinzi says: "Di Francesco has a contract for another year with us.
"I even read that Milan want him, but nobody has asked me about him."
