Sassuolo coach Eusebio Di Francesco admires Juventus' transfer policy.

Di Francesco says there should be more investment in young talent.

"We should be more daring. We should go after talents earlier, and the only team doing that is Juventus. Look at Paul Pogba. He brings together physical and technical attributes in a dazzling combination.

"He is a dominant player who inhibits his opponents. He's worthy of the Ballon d'Or. I don't know if he's worth €100m, but it's easy to shell out the cash after the player has been discovered.

"You've got to have the skill to find someone like that when he doesn't cost a thing. Juventus invested and waited. Not everything goes right, true, but this must be our philosophy.

"We must look for those who have potential and nurture them. We are preparing Berardi and Zaza for Juve.

"Berardi is pure technique and nerve, but with intelligence. I hope he stays this way.

"Zaza is anarchic and unpredictable, especially when it comes to scoring goals. If they go to Juventus, that's because the club considers them important.

"I think they are. Berardi is only 20-years-old, and he's been playing at high levels for the last three seasons."
